I worked as a Software Engineering Intern on the Network Software, Services, and Automation team and joined the 2021 #Terns class.
I revamped internal networking tool to enable other network teams to provision, remove and update virtual IP addresses through an intuitive user interface and backend validations. This was done through conducting customer research to ensure the needs for the new page of the provisioning tool was met. As issues came up during testing the tool through on-call, I responded and triaged them to ensure the product was more stable.
